discover how to balance each of three mind-body (vata, pitta, kapha) states with simple daily rituals for food, movement, breath and nervous system support.
Week 3 | Monday 14 July | Rewire
identify the subtle energy leaks that quietly pull you off your own natural rhythm - like people-pleasing, urgency, phone habits or over-scheduling - and learn how to shift them without needing strict routines. you'll create your soft ‘burnout buffer’ with gentle morning + evening self-reset rituals, plus work through a limiting belief workbook to release old patterns.
Week 4 | Monday 21 July | Integrate
piece everything together into your personal rhythm by creating your own gentle 14-day reset plan for each of the three mind-body states (vata, pitta, kapha). you’ll map out simple, one-shift-a-day rituals - like warm meals, breathwork or post-dinner walks — so you always know exactly how to bring yourself back into balance, no matter where you’re at in life.
